Now in full freakin' color!

While studying abroad, Connor Montgomery Powell stumbled upon some ancient ruins. All he found were some vague carvings depicting some sort of "Hero of Light" and a sweet hat. Not thinking too much of it Connor took the hat and left. Upon wearing it, however, he soon discovered the hat was a powerful magical artifact. It granted him abilities far beyond any normal being and changed his appearance and personality to match the hero within him. At that moment he became Pepito, the one destined to save us from darkness...or something to that effect.

Pepito's personality is, to put it simply, insane. Or at least he'd like you to think that. His wacky nature is mainly used as an effective distraction in battle. As far as abilities go Pepito has heightened speed and strength, channeling magical energy from his hat to his attacks. He also has a fairly high endurance rate, usually outlasting them if not outright defeating them. His abilities are far from perfect, however, and sometimes he can get too cocky for his own good. If all else fails Pepito can release all of his magical energy into an explosive blast, using the last of his endurance to survive the attack instead of...well...dying.

Oh and don't even think of trying to remove his hat....
